After your rental vehicle has been placed, you can easily sync calendar and manage the availability of your rental vehicle.

A table time slot is the total opening time in which a table can be reserved. Suppose you want to make it possible to reserve a table from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, then this time slot will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Optionally, you can create multiple time slots in one day, for example: a time slot in the morning, a time slot in the afternoon and yet another time slot in the evening. You can also indicate on which days a time slot table can be booked.

A rental vehicle is definitely reserved after the hirer(s) pay the deposit of 10% online.
The remaining 90% is paid by the lessee(s) at your location at the time of taking the rental vehicle into use.
Here you can provide your tenant with all the necessary information on how to pay the remaining amount on site.

Are you open 24 hours or just closed all day on one or more days of the week? Then you can simply use the "all-day option" for these day(s).
For other days you can add two different opening hours, for example morning and afternoon.
Are you open continuously in one day, so without a break? Then you only have to use one opening time and you can leave the optional “extra opening time” empty for that day.
You can indicate here what well or not is included in the standard price per night at your accommodation.
Any final and interim cleaning costs, tourist tax and deposit can be added to the “Prices” tab and “Booking”.
The payment takes place on the day after (start) of the tour or activity. If bank charges are charged by the bank upon payment, these will always be borne by the recipient.

The disbursement will take place on the day after the guests' arrival. If bank fees are charged by the bank at the time of disbursement, these will always be borne by the recipient.

You can upload all pages’s of your menu here in .pdf, .png or .jpg format and then arrange them in the desired order.
Guests visit your bar or restaurant more quickly if they can see in advance what delicious things are on the menu.

Does this tour or activity last all day? Then you only need to create one time slot for this, from start time to end time. Please indicate which days can be booked.
Optionally, you can create several time slots on one day, for example: a time slot in the morning, a time slot one hour later, two different time slots in the afternoon and another time slot in the evening. You can also specify on which days a time slot can be booked.
If there is a different price for children under 12, you can specify this in the booking tab.
Use the seasonal pricing feature to adjust your rental vehicle prices according to the time of year.
You can optionally increase the price per day and weekend days for popular periods, e.g. summer holidays or public holidays.

When creating a service, you can choose from 'One-time fee' or 'Price per person'. This means the created service is charged once, or times the number of people booking.
You can offer an unlimited number of extra services which your guests can book.
Here you can offer your tenants extra services. For example, pick-up service to the airport and All-Risk insurance.
You can offer an unlimited number of extra services to go with it.
Indicate whether the nightly price is the 'total price' or an 'from price'.
With a 'total price' you enter the nightly price that applies to your accommodation per night, regardless of the number of guests. You enter the maximum number of guests who can stay in your accommodation under the reservation tab.
In the 'from price for a number of guests' tab, enter the nightly price that applies to your accommodation per night for a fixed number of guests (minimum 2). In the Reserve tab, you can specify how many guests are included in the starting price and add a price applicable to each additional guest.
Here you can offer your guests extra services. For example, airport pick-up and delivery service, breakfast service or perhaps a shopping package.
You can offer an unlimited number of extra services for your guests to book.
You can indicate here whether you want to charge an intermediate and/or final cleaning fee.
In the intermediate cleaning fee, you can specify after how many nights this should be charged recurrently.
